Mortgage Clarity

What shipped.

Every production release, dated, in plain language. Only what is live for advisors goes here.

  1. Client overview, advisor email card, game plan provenance

    • The client overview is one dashboard: the strategies list, a picker column, and three jump cards. The separate Edit Strategies tab is gone.
    • Emails you send from Clarity carry your advisor card as the signature.
    • Every Game Plan Recap draft records where it came from: a call, a PDF, a document or pasted text.
  2. Billing, branch contracts, documents from Drive, Dropbox and Box, Slack

    • Subscription billing with Stripe, dunning, and paid support seats for an assistant or processor.
    • Branch and enterprise plans are a contract on the organisation, so every advisor under it inherits the plan.
    • Google Drive, Dropbox and Box copy a borrower document onto the client record and keep the link to the original.
    • Slack posts deal activity to a channel you choose: first opens, clients coming back, homeowner requests, competing quotes.
    • Admin console redesigned: sidebar, roles, admins and an AI usage ledger.
  3. Google Sheets, every call recorder, the Game Plan section

    • Google Sheets imports a book of clients once and keeps one pipeline tab up to date every hour. Never a two-way sync.
    • Zoom, Google Meet, Fireflies and tl;dv file calls into the Call Library the way Fathom does.
    • The Game Plan section reads top-down, drafts in the open, and edits in place.
  4. Fathom on demand, connection grants, the recap as a letter, the agent phone shell

    • Pull a Fathom call in on demand. Every connection now says exactly what it may do, and you grant each one.
    • The Game Plan Recap is set like a letter, on your brand, and is editable because its structure is kept.
    • Pilot reads the client’s recorded calls when you ask about them.
    • Pick your Schedule Call link from Cal.com, Calendly, Google Calendar or Microsoft Bookings instead of pasting it.
    • Agents get a phone shell: Home, Playbooks, Pipeline, Contract, More.
    • Shared links show a real product preview image.
  5. The advisor app on a phone

    • Advisor phone shell: Today, Clients, New, Radar, More. The Refi Radar book reads as cards.
    • The strategy editor works on a phone: sticky step bar, strategy strip, live client search, typed close date.
    • Pop-ups open as overlay sheets on phones and as dialogs on a desk.
    • The client Home opens on a stage hero, and itemized fee names wrap instead of snapping mid-word.

Give your clients clarity.

The advisors who explain best get remembered best. Mortgage Clarity is invite only for now, and founding members are invited first.
